Terms & Conditions

The below points are my rules for commissions. Please read through these carefully before contacting me for work.

- I am open for freelance work, let's talk about it!- Commissions can take up to 2 weeks due to also being a university student in Animation. I will let you know if there is a delay, please have patience.- Payments must be done through Paypal- I won't begin the project until I've received half of the total payment.- The final half of payment must be paid after completion of the project, however I will only provide a high definition version of your commission after receiving the final payment.- I charge extra for complex backgrounds, character designs, or props. The fee is £4 per hour and will be included in the initial quote after discussion.- If a commission that has an extra charge accounted for in the quote turns out to be less after completion, I will let the commissioner know and reduce the amount of the final payment to reflect as such.For example, if I quote £66 for a commission, £16 of that being for a complex background that I think will take me 3 hours, and it only takes me 2, I will reduce your second payment to reflect that decrease in total price. So the new total is £58, and so you have £25 left to pay after the initial payment.- The commissioner is able to ask for details to be changed during the beginning phases of the project. I will also do last minute changes for free but if it requires significant work, you will be charged extra. Please refer to the hourly charge rate.- I will provide the sketch once it is done for revisions, again for flat colours and then updates for rendering if that is included in the commission.- Please provide as many references for design, props, backgrounds, or posing in your messages as you can, the more details I have, the better I can create your vision.- I have the right to deny a commission for any reason.- I will refund commissions if I don't believe I can finish them. This will be communicated clearly to you prior to the refund. I will also refund if I decide communication is too hostile.
